Hello Vintage Toys and Collectibles Sellers
This Vintage Toys and Collectibles Show is a juried event. If you are selling vintage toys the majority must be 20 years or older. If they are newer toys they must be of a highly collectible type. We want this to be a unique event that people will want to shop again the next time we host the event.
Collectibles can be anything vintage: books, comics, vinyl albums, antiques, etc. No furniture except maybe if you are using it as a display that can be sold.
The first annual Vintage Toys and Collectibles Show will be held on Friday, November 20th and Saturday, November 21st. Friday night will align with Downtown Medford’s Third Friday and we will be open from 430pm - 8pm. Saturday we will be open from 10am - 5pm
The location will be any vacant building that is available the weekend of November 20th. Our max vendors will be 20. We want this to be small but mighty show.
Vendor fee will be $50 per booth space, maximum three spaces. You will need to provide your own tables, chairs and displays for an approximately 6 x 8 spot. The fee is to cover the space and marketing.
Please submit this vendor agreement by checking the I Agree box at the end of this form, and then pay your booth fee via one of the following options:

When you pay please put the name that you signed up with, your business name, and Vintage Toys in the notes so we know who to credit for the payment.
If you would like to pay your booth fee by credit card let me know and I will send a link that will include a $2.50 fee per booth.
Your booth fee is non-refundable and due by August 30th
If you do not pay your fee by August 30th your spot will be opened up to the next on the waitlist.

To complete your approval, please read the terms and conditions below for participating in the Vintage Toys and Collectibles Show 2026 check the terms approval box, and fill in the other boxes (your name, etc.).
By checking the I Agree box below, I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understand the general terms and conditions. By signing below, I agree to allow Vintage Toys and Collectible Show or its representatives to contact me by email with information regarding my vendor application.
Setup will be between 5:00pm - 7:00 pm on 11/19/2026 and 12pm - 330pm on Friday. We would like everyone to be setup by 330pm so we as vendors and organizers can shop for an hour before we open the doors to the public. Participants must not remove any of your product space until after 5:00 pm on 11/21/2026.
Alcohol or drugs are not allowed during the Vintage Toys and Collectibles Show. We will have a beverage and snack vendor on the premises during the show.
Weapons are not allowed on Vintage Toys and Collectibles Show premises.
The undersigned voluntarily chooses to participate in the Vintage Toys and Collectibles Show. The undersigned therefore knowingly, freely, and voluntarily assumes all risk of injury and waives any claim, right, cause of action or demand for loss, damage, destruction or injury of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to: Cost, loss of service, expense and/or compensation known or unknown, now or in the future, arising out of the undersigned's participation in the above referenced activities, against What to do in Southern Oregon, Retro Wormhole,and all the officers, employees, agents, and assignees thereof, respectively.
The undersigned consents and agrees that photographs and video taken during the Vintage Toys and Collectibles Show may be used for promotional purposes. Return of this agreement shall be deemed acceptance of these provisions.
