Dig your cape and favorite set of tights out because Medford Comic-Con is flying our way in just under two months, and I couldn't be more excited! The Medford Comic-Con is the only Comic-Con on the west coast with competely FREE entry. The only thing you have to bring money for are the vednors and food trucks; how awesome is that?!
What to do in Southern Oregon has been fortunate enough to be part of the planning committee and we are all working hard to plan a ton of fun stuff for kids and families, fanboys, and fangirls. The main hosts of the Medford Comic-Con are Jackson County Library Services, Friends of the Medford Library and Rogue Community College but the committee is comprised of many downtown businesses to bring it all together including Astral Games, Central Art Supply and Coding Zeal. Many of the events like the Costume Contests, FREE Comic Book Giveaway, Workshops, and a lot of the vendors will be in the Medford Library and RCC's buildings, but what is even cooler is that this year 9th and Bartlett Street between RCC and the library will be shutdown to provide room for more vendors, food trucks, and live action role play going on throughout the day!
So, onto the good stuff! Which Vendors, Workshops and Food Trucks will be at Medford Comic-Con?

This is just a glimpse of what will be happening at Medford Comic-Con. Last year there were over 5000 people that visited throughout the day and our main organizers feel that we will have 7500-10000 people this year. It is pretty awesome that we are having this in little old Medford. My whole family is so excited! We are already thinking up our costumes and you should be too because we are only a month and a half away on Saturday, April 29th! We can't wait to see you there!
