OUR FAVORITES: THE BEST BURRITOS IN THE ROGUE VALLEY
Who doesn't love a good burrito?! It's one of our go-to's for a quick dinner and can be stuffed with anything you have in the fridge. Leftover vegetables, the chicken from last nights dinner, and who doesn’t always have salsa on hand. We also love to go out for them and after talking to my son we decided these are our top six favorite places for burritos!
El Molcajete in Medford
It's all in the sauce. Molcajete makes this magical burrito that is full of Chicken or Beef sauteed in a mildly spicy and tangy sauce with Mushrooms and Onions, then topped with Jack Cheese. The sauce is so freaking delicious we all crave it!

Fat Kid Food Co Food Truck
Chaz, menu creator for Jefferson Spirits and Sakana Co. he takes fusion to a whole new level. It doesn't matter what he folds into those flour tortillas, it's always something amazing! Just one of his creations: General Tso's Breakfast Burrito - Sweet & Spicy glazed crispy Chicken, Ramen Noodles, Pickled Carrot, Cheesy goodness, Cilantro, Duck Egg, Tater Tots.

La Tapatia in Phoenix
La Tapatia is one of our favorite spots for classic Mexican food. Far from the cookie cutter restaurants their flavors make me feel like my aunt is cooking in the kitchen. Their burritos are huge stuffed full of meat, beans and rice, and cheese and then make sure to ask for it wet; it's topped with the perfect sauce and more cheese!

Ruby's breakfast burritos are know far and wide! The magic is in the fact that they chop everything together so that you get a complete bite everytime. Our favorites: Ilias and I love their Spicy Veggie Burrito add banana peppers, Gary gets their Spicy Veggie Burrito add Chorizo or their Chorizo Burrito add Steak

Sweet Tea Express in Medford
Yes they serve southern BBQ but their breakfast burritos stand out for us! Our favorites include the Pork Verde, Corn Beef, and Chorizo burritos. They are filled with the meat, delicious sauces, eggs, cheese, and potatoes and they are HUGE, so I often share with Olivia!

Xi La Kil in Medford
Not only do we love the owners of Xi La Kil, we love all of their food, with their Mar Y' Tierra Burrito being one of our go-to's! It is oh so tasty filled with Rice, Black Refried Beans, Guacamole, Cheese, pickled Red Onions, Carne Asada and Sauteed Shrimp. Bonus is their salsa, Claudia makes so many delicious salsa variations ask for the spicy, it will blow your mind!
